1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Some items are made to order. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details where available.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been shipped.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the courier’s system.
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.
9. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Nauvon is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
If you believe your parcel has been stolen, please contact the courier directly.
